The aim of the knowledge centre is to inform the population about restoration and/or maintenance work on protected buildings. The Belle Epoque Centre has an exemplary role in raising awareness among owners to maintain and renovate properties.
Blankenberge currently has about 100 listed buildings. The board is extremely aware of this unique asset. Many initiatives have therefore already been taken to safeguard the architectural heritage for the future. The knowledge centre was set up to help achieve this objective.
Owners and tenants who want information about maintenance and/or restoration works can make an appointment with the Belle Epoque Centre. We try to lower the threshold between you and the Flanders Real Estate Heritage Service.
